The videos are clear and concise. Does not confuse you. I thought I would try it since it's only a few dollars thinking I new all things aalready, but i guess I am learning that I was wrong. Its great! I love it!

Writing Effective Business Communications was worst online training I have ever attend. Several 5-6 minute video presentation for beginners without any practical advise or templates. 0 value!!!

Each lesson provided excellent information without being over 5 minutes long per lesson. It was great that you can complete at your own pace and if you need to go back to other lessons for a refresher, you are able to. I LOVE that you receive a Certificate of Completion upon passing the Exam, that was the MOST important feature to me. The exam definitely required you to be paying attention so don't think that you can just coast through the lessons and go straight to the exam. I really learned a lot. Thank you!

This is a great set of lessons which you can do in order, do increasing difficulty and even has mini quizzes along the way. I wish I would have purchased this a LONG time ago!!
