I've only been training for two weeks with PJ and I really am enjoying this class. The trainers and other clients are very supportive and help push you through the workout. The companies name definantely speaks for itself because I train hard and I am so sore. But i feel so good because I can feel a change in my body already and I haven't worked out in over 2+ years. I have so much more energy.

Very nice and professional service they take their time to learn your name and your goals and they help you get there. I will definitely be paying more to be part of their program. They are also really good with beginners the workouts are not to advance.
