The kangoo class and instructor were amazing!! She took the time to point out that the boots I had purchased (on eBay) were not working well for me and got me into a pair of rental boots...
I would recommen NOT buying your own boots before class

There is a juice bar onsite. It's a good idea to order one before the class.. You can do so at the front desk.. You'll definitely need it after the kangoo class.. That class is FUN!!

Beachside is a great place. Very fun and cutting edge classes. Nice amenities (towels, hair products). Owner is extremely passionate about her place. The kangoo classes are fabulous, innovative and fun while getting maximum calorie burn. All of the employees are family and they treat you like family as well.
