The facility was clean and adequate. The staff seemed friendly. The low rating is because they had too much dead time in their schedule.
The facility is great. My daughter has done softball training there and loved it. The camp is an external camp program that is renting the facility. It is terribly disorganized. It took me a week to find out who was actually running the camp. My son got into trouble for not listening but I was disappointed and took him out the second day after discovering one of the instructors/owner, who has little experience working with children, was cursing at him and cursing in his presence. We had him registered for two weeks and was told that I could not receive a refund for the remaining days and could only receive a small portion of my payment for the following week. I was then told I had to wait for them to receive their Groupon payment at the end of the month. I have spent several days getting the runaround from the camp owner. Also, the camp ends at 4:00 but they tell you that you can pick up anytime before 5:30 however they fail to mention that they leave your child at the camp unattended and go home. This camp is not worth it. There are many reputable basketball camps with trained professionals for the same price. My son was at Hoop City U the week before and also NC State and had a blast. We would not recommend this camp.
