Adequate car wash.
Rude service - they up-charged me for an SUV except I don't drive an SUV. I drive a compact station wagon. When I complained, the counter person could not do anything about it.
Misleading Groupon - I thought for the amount I paid, the car washes would be paid for. This is not the case. As I mentioned above, they up-charged me and charged me tax for the car wash.

I've been using the Auto Spa of Westfield since I got my new car 3 years ago and have always been satisfied. Matter of fact, I'd buy more coupons if they become available and have also recommended them to family members.

Great service, clean car and attention to detail. Probably would not go without Groupon due to cost, over $13 for a regular car wash and vacuum but they do a great job.
