Best place nice location good treatment and one of the most nice thing is they don't force to buy their products . Also they keep the place so quite and with nice light music that makes you relax and feel asleep.

The woman at the front desk was very unfriendly... My therapist kept on trying to talk me into different products ie... this will only cost 20.00 more, would you like to try this for 15.00...

Language barrier slightly challenging when communicating services, fees, and appointments. Don't like being asked to add on extras to the service I am in the middle of already having. Tried to convey that the room was too cold during my massage, and only after did therapist convey she could have heated the table! still tipped 20 +% as i don't think the "misses" were intentional, just lack experience of more established spas.

Bad customer service. Difficult to understand the staff. Snuck in $70 worth of additional charges with our massages and facials.

The rooms are not quiet!!! You hear noise from other rooms. I had to ask them to play some music while I had my massage. Definitely do not go if you are used to finer spas.

Small Cubicals rooms with uncomfortable non-heated tables and had trouble understanding what they would ask me. Not relaxing at all! If you have back problems - the table n massages will not help.

Thank you for providing an excellent service and for going above and beyond. I have already recommended you and will continue to do so.

They said they provided a service to my 15 year old granddaughter without my permission. The groupon facial was $39 and said they wanted another $50 for a "machine" that was used during the facial. My granddaughter has near perfect skin. She or I did not know what the operator (Sammy) was talking about. I protested but she was adamant and I reluctantly paid. In retrospect I should have walked out but I guess my ethics are more intact than theirs. BTW , Sammy also "pushed" two products ($118) which I wisely refused. This is when she told m about the additional $50 charge. I have called the owner (Christine) repeatedly but she's never in and am told she's coming in "tomorrow". 4

From Our Editors

If the large capital letters spelling out the word “SPA” on Pure Nature Day Spa's front desk don't convince guests of its tranquil environs, the rose-colored walls, poised greenery, and shelf displays of professional skincare products will make it abundantly clear. If clients still need convincing, the attentive and focused convoy of deep cleanses, detoxifying steams, organic moisturizers, and cold masks will demonstrate that this is a place where blemishes go to retire and healthy skin comes back for a victorious fourth sequel. The spa's buffet of facials, microdermabrasions, and photo-rejuvenation treatments merge their advanced technology with the nourishment of G.M. Collin products in order to cater to all types of skin. Standing by to dole out further pampering are massage therapists—who offer Swedish, deep-tissue, and hot-stone treatments—body waxing technicians, and therapists, who revive sapped skin with herbal wraps and polishes.
