I had to ask the guy to clean the inside windows, then ask him again to clean the back window, he kept hoping to be done, glad I spoke up, I thought it was a full-service wash and that they were to clean inside windows (all of them) without having to ask for each window. Otherwise, pretty good job.

They did a nice job with the outside and inside of my car. They do charge an extra$2 for an suv.

Car had not been detailed in over 7 years - they did a great job. There were no surprises. I knew there would be an up charge for the SUV. I had called the day before and told them I had a Groupon and wanted to come in the next morning - no issues - car was completed in the stated time frame.

They were fast and efficient at check in, even though quite busy. I dropped my car off and pick it up after hours. It looked great.

Driving in and out is a little tricky. But once you are in, they don't waste time, and you are done real fast. I would definitely use them again.
