What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Workouts are meticulously planned by experienced trainers that will help you lose weight, build muscle and increase your stamina. Each workout will take place in a fun and relaxed environment with our positive and encouraging trainers who want to ensure your long-term fitness success.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Whether you're an elite athlete or are new to exercise,(i.e. Fitness' boot camp classes allow you to work at your pace) expect bodyweight, strength and cardio endurance exercises that challenge you on a daily basis while allowing you to work at your own pace. No workout is ever the same - bodyweight sets, Tabata circuits and class challenges keep you interested and challenged.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? i.e. Fitness is led by Chicago area natives Ian Matthews and Emily Matthews. As college athletes, fitness was always a great source of happiness and they wanted to share that feeling with others. The duo is excited to share the family-friendly atmosphere with others at their new Westmont studio.
What do you love most about your job? _Meeting new people on a daily basis and being trusted to be a part of their health and wellness is truly amazing. Creating new relationships with people while helping them reach their fitness goals is special and something we don't take lightly. We feel lucky to be able to do this for a living. _
