Since doling out its first wing in 1984, Buffalo Wings and Rings has spread to 50 locations across the United States, powered by the piquant sauces that slather its selection of wings. Sauce options range from the signature buffalo sauce, made from the restaurant's original recipe, to the recently added sweet thai chili, and cooks can tailor each order to five different levels of spice.
