The expert instructors at G Studio know that each guest is unique, so they’ve created an eclectic list of classes six days a week. They teach Zumba, hip-hop, and street-jazz fitness classes, which use high-energy and infectious dance moves to motivate students through cardio workouts. They also offer boot-camp classes, which focus on more traditional strength-training and cardio drills. And to further customize workouts, the studio offers personalized and semiprivate classes.
