Go a bit later! The restaraunt won't be as busy, their peak times are usually 4-6.

Provide (or ask customer if they would like) cutlery to eat with, instead of chopsticks; better communication on what is or isn't available with voucher and put ice in water (or ask if customer would like ice)

The food we had was good, but half of the food we could have bought with the Groupon was not available. Rice is not included in th Groupon so you have to pay extra for that.therefor it is expensive compared to other Chinese restaurants. But then again it is on the beach. The service was good, very nice friendly staff, but unfortunately we will not be returning.
