I took my 6 year old son there for a "date night", and was very disappointed to stand in line for the bumper boats and kiddie go carts for more than 10 minutes with no operator in sight. I went to the big go cart area to ask if they were closed, and the guy working them said, "No, they're open, there's supposed to be 4 of us working out here, but the other 3 guys are inside because they said it was too hot. I will be over there in just a minute when these people get done riding." Other put-offs: the water fountain was broke, the laser tag vests smelled very bad, and despite the sign that said "No refunds, only exchanges", I was not allowed to exchange the leftover squares on the "pick 3" wristband for arcade tokens. I figured since we couldn't get anyone to help us with the bumper boats & kiddie go carts, we would do the arcade instead. No such luck. In the end, we finally got someone to come outside to run the activities.
