The dental hygienist called out sick for my first cleaning. Whatever, we rescheduled it the next month. But my second cleaning, the she called out sick again and the office wasn't able to see me for an appointment before my insurance benefits expired. As a result, I could not receive proper dental care and wasted money on insurance that I didn't get to use.
