What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
JP Security, Inc is not some dealer of a larger big- box company, rather a family owned business that prides itself in customer service. As a result, JP Security, Inc. does not require long- term monitoring contracts and offers below average monthly monitoring rates for its customers.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When the owner needed a security system himself 10 years ago, he was discouraged by the price of the equipment, perceived value advertised and multi- year contract commitment required at an outragesly high price. As the owner of his own company, he changed all that.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting different people and helping each find a security solution that fits their needs and budget. Each installation is different as each system is configured to the customers' needs, rather than a cookie cutter system sold over and over.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback from a customer is the referral of their friend or family member. Because JP Security does not require long- term contracts, the company has to maintain a higher standard than other companies. We do not force our customers to be customers- our customers WANT to be our customers.
