For Vineyard to Villages' first trick, they turn wine into water. But it's not magic behind this amazing feat—it's charity. Created in 2014, the initiative's aim is to partner the Sonoma County wine industry with schools in Africa who are in need of clean water. By hosting tastings or creating specialty wines, Vineyards to Villages—also known as V2V—raises funds to build water pipelines and plumbing that'll bring water to students and their families. V2V has brought clean water infrastructure to more than 25,000 children and families since 2014.
