As some other guests were leaving, they gave us their extra go cart tickets, (9 of them). My 3 boys were really happy so they got in line and gave the employee all 9 tickets and told them they would use them all in a row if no one else was here, (which there wasnt). On the 1st ride, the kids bumped a little and the girl told them not to bump. On the 2nd ride, 2 of the boys touched cars, it wasnt even a bump, and the girl made them get off the carts. The boys asked for the last 3 tickets back since they didnt get to use them. She said no, because we got them for free. I then went over to ask for the 3 tickets back because some other customers had come in and I would have given the tickets to them and she said no, because we got them for free anyways. I said that didnt matter, the people we got them from had paid and she still refused. I had watched the boys on both of the rides and both times the 'bumping' was minimal. I can understand their rule but when they dont even give tickets back that hadnt been used yet, I feel is not good customer service.
