Grill 55 Restaurant's internationally trained executive and sous chefs grace palates with a seasonally changing menu of grilled local meats and vegetarian dishes. Kitchen staffers prepare many menu items in-house, including dressings, sauces, and breads, with many ingredients sourced from the surrounding area or confiscated from the pantries of local Grinches. Guests to the main dining room dine at round, dark wood tables and curving booths under light from floral bloom-shaped chandeliers, surrounded by minimalist contemporary décor. Grill 55 also hosts events in its private dining room, such as wine, beer, and scotch tastings, wine and cheese pairing nights, and menus exploring seasonal themes without forcing burgers to dress up as turkeys or apple pies.
