In Synergy Group Training's fitness classes, students tone their bodies without a dumbbell in sight. Instead, the studio's 11 unique classes centre on TRX suspension training, in which athletes use their own bodyweight as resistance, rather than free weights. Despite their use of similar equipment, however, the classes vary widely. One employs the Rip Trainer, a system of cords that creates variable resistance; the TRX boot camp, meanwhile, incorporates authentic military drills.
