The Women’s Club for Fitness and Wellness is an upscale, women-only wellness facility that helps bodies harness health through a variety of fitness classes, lifestyle coaching, and nutritional-awareness information outlets. Like a slow-motion ballerina, the extensive schedule rotates monthly, and some class favourites answer to names such as spin and sculpt, Zumba, Pilates, and power yoga. All of Women’s Club’s fitness equipment is specifically designed for a woman’s body. Pre- or post-sweat session clients can enjoy the cedar sauna to relax sore muscles or settle into the steam room to shoo away stress. For a cozy wind-down, guests can also lounge on the couch by the fireplace in the halcyon sitting room. A child-watch centre provides childcare services so you can workout sans weighty ankle-biter attachments.
