Hearty fare and pool cues are the norm at Brick & Whiskey, a pub that marries food with billiards. The usual suspects are all there—deep-fried pickles, poutine, and pulled pork—alongside a number of whiskey-infused specialties. Take the Brick & Whiskey mac and cheese, which smothers elbow macaroni with a whiskey-cheese sauce and sweet whiskey bacon, or the double-patty big whiskey burger topped with whiskey-barbecue sauce. Of course, whiskey also comes in liquid form at the bar, which also doles out wine, cocktails, and pitchers of beer.
Beyond the food, Brick & Whiskey supplies entertainment in the form of a billiards room, as well as televised sports, a live DJ on Saturday nights, and Karaoke on Sunday nights. Guests can catch the game on multiple flat-screen TVs or a 100" projector that offers better views than a recliner positioned inside of a hockey net.
