The culinary team at Clay Oven grills up delicacies ranging from fresh naan to salmon and halal goat baked in the tandoor—the traditional clay oven from which the eatery takes its name. As the chefs work, they avoid any use of peanuts and trans fats, but that doesn't limit their menu in the slightest. Their dishes run the gamut of Indian cuisine, satisfying appetites with plates such as zesty lemon chili prawns, lamb curry, and chicken tikka masala. Their Thali platters, meanwhile, embrace Southern Indian tradition, and feature a little bit of everything—vegetables, chicken, goat, and chutney, along with a small dessert.
