What began for Dillon Cherrett as a way to supplement his athletic lifestyle eventually turned into the lifestyle itself. At first, yoga was just a way for Cherrett to strengthen his body and improve flexibility. That was more than two decades ago. These days, he and his staff work hard to share their extensive knowledge at Source Yoga Studios, where nine types of yoga classes range from restorative, peaceful sessions to flowing, rapid movements that help build a strong core.
