What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
East Cincy Yoga is a small studio that personalizes each class. It is warm and friendly with a charming small town feel as soon as you enter. The classes taught are not just about fitness; breathing, mindfulness and meditation are also practiced throughout.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By letting go of the ego and allowing your mind to relax then you can focus more on how your breath and your body feels throughout the practice. We crawl before we walk; there is no expectation. Simply remembering to compete with no one but yourself is motivation enough.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Lori Kirsch opened East Cincy Yoga soon after graduating from Yoga School in 2014. On the East side of the I-275 loop there were no locations to practice yoga. Lori wanted to bring her passion for yoga to the east side so that others could experience and enjoy how good yoga makes you feel.
What do you love most about your job?
The word "job" has a negative connotation to it. Not only does Lori love practicing yoga, she also loves guiding others to be more in tune with their mind and bodies. She believes yoga is for everyone, you just have to try.
