When I made the appointment no one told me they don't take groupons at Woodridge location. So after driving there they asked me if it was a Groupon and when I said yes they said I had to drive to next town (Naperville) to get my hair done. I was not happy having to find myself scrambling to get there. Once there, the stylist I was assigned did a good job. I later found out this is not the first time Groupon has done this to them. Just wish it had been communicated over phone prior to appointment. 🙁

The first time I went here the girl didn’t color to my roots, so it looked like I had 2 inches of outgrowth. She worked on my hair 4.5 hours so I didn’t have any longer to stay to get it fixed. I purchased a 2nd Groupon to get the roots done again 2 months later and was told I now needed a color correction on top of my hair based on what their previous stylist did. Also took 4 hours and looks bad.
