It was like a big, muddy haunted house. SOO fun! I can't wait for next year.

Everything attraction was awesome. However, the hayride was my least favorite. But it seems to be that way for other "scream parks" that I've been too.

It looked like most of the actors had off for the day, and the ones that were there did not seem like good actors, or they were not enthusiastic about their work. For instance, when in line to go on the zombie trail, I was told by someone that there usually are actors inside the tent. There was literally not one soul except the person putting you on the hayride. Also, in the first attraction we went in, we thought there MIGHT be some actors that leap out during the really awful 3d setup, and there was no one. The video even led you to believe there might be someone... But all of us in line just looked at each other like we might be missing something. I also noticed that there were lots of technical difficulties in both areas where we were to watch a presentation/movie. Would I go again? Most likely not. I also would not recommend it to a friend.

From Our Editors

The Zombie Mud Run finally gives people an incentive to exercise—the survival of their species. Amid forested trails, muddy creeks, and challenging obstacles, participants of this post-apocalyptic 5K face off to either save the human race or feast on human flesh, respectively. Clad in a flag-football belt with three flags that represent their brains, heart, and entrails, human participants race to get themselves and their fellow living athletes to the Green Zone, which grants salvation in the form of food, water, music, and beer. Meanwhile, costumed zombies—each of whom are either slow-moving “creepers” or fast-moving “leapers”—positioned along the race course pursue the humans to devour their organs or simply return that contact lens they dropped a mile ago. Human runners who reach the Green Zone with at least one of their flags survive.
