In addition to leading boot-camp classes that rotate through a range of cardio and strength-training workouts, they helm TRX Suspension classes. Originally designed for Navy SEALs exercise regimens, elastic TRX Suspension cables add resistance to functional movements, working to build strength, work cores, and boost flexibility.
The staff supplement these two classes with nutritional guidance and personal-training sessions, helming a comprehensive system that helps clients get in shape and know the right muscle-friendly foods to consume, especially before auditioning to be Dolph Lundgren’s stunt double.
