I enjoyed the class and can't wait to go back. I'm definitely interested in joining after my groupon is completed. I especially want to try a spinning class!

Could explain the ecercises a little better to any new comers. It was my first time ever doing crossfit and I didn't know what certain exercises were when the instructor just named them off.

The owner Brian was awesome. He led a class for all fitness levels and did not hesitate to explain each exercise. Also showing me the easy way and the hard way to perform the exercise. It was up to me which way to go, but he made sure I understood how to do it.

In addition to leading boot-camp classes that rotate through a range of cardio and strength-training workouts, they helm TRX Suspension classes.
