One part marathon, one part mud bath, The Dirty Dash in Kent, Washington has crazy good times written all over it. Wanting in on the action, Becci and Christian used Groupon to score entrance into the race.

My husband and I did The Dirty Dash today in Kent, WA that we got in on for the $20 Groupon deal a few months ago.  We had lots of fun, as you can see.  Thanks Groupon for making it such a great deal!

  • i got a groupon for a $35 shellac mani/pedi. i wish i never went. first, i had to call 3 times to make an appt. they never had the appt book. it is in the basement of an old professional building. i sat in the waiting area (3 old chairs against the wall) for 45 minutes before they waited on me- my appt was at 1:30. one girl worked on a client, the other gave herself a pedi. then i sat in a plug in homemedics foot bath (the same one i have at home) for 20 minutes before i called out the the girl, mia, that i have been here an hour already and i need to get going cuz i have a sitter at home. the whole experience took 3 hours and the mani was so bad i had to go buy accetone at sallys to remove it immediately. i did not want to wait to have it fixed. it looked like my 5 year old did it. it was bubbly and had lines all throughout it. i would never EVER go here again and my friend who also bought a groupon will not be using hers. this was the absolute worst mani/pedi i have ever received.
