Greetings happy shoppers,
Atlanta is easily one of the most exciting cities I’ve visited. I arrived in town early Sunday to spread Grouponicus cheer, and was excited to explore the rich arts scene in my downtime. I was able to check out the Center for Puppetry Arts to see the Jim Henson exhibit, as well as explore the High Museum exhibits for both Picasso and Warhol. I highly recommended it!
While on the topic of uber-cool local experiences, I’m thrilled to announce the latest installment of Epic Deals, launching today with this chance to gift a Private Cooking Class and Dinner with Chef Todd English!
By now you know the drill; stay tuned to the Grouponicus Holiday Shop throughout the day to check if the deal has gone live. It could pop up at any time, so make sure you stay alert or risk missing out on the chance to gift a truly epic culinary experience to your favorite foodie.
Don’t forget, there are still two Grouponicus tenets yet to be unveiled, which means there’s plenty of time to give the gift of an incredible experience for someone special this season.

Hello and Happy Grouponicus once again,
I just wrapped up some gifting guidance in Milwaukee and had an excellent time. Thanks to all the locals for their hospitality, and cluing me in to a Milwaukee must–the Public Market. I was able to pop in before catching my train back to Chicago and I’m glad I did! It’s one of the city’s most unique downtown food destinations and I highly recommend checking it out next time you’re in town.
In other gifting news, I am thrilled to be the first Grouponcierge to spill the beans about an upcoming EPIC DEAL, gearing up to launch tomorrow, Tuesday, December 13.
Much like a groundhog seeing his reflection on Arbor Day, Epic Deals pop up randomly, so obsessively refreshing your Grouponicus Holiday Shop is key to scoring the chance to gift a monumental journey around the world with tomorrow’s Epic Deal: Jet Set Adventure. If an international adventure personally curated by a trusty Grouponcierge is on your list, be sure to share this with your friends and loved ones too.
Until next time,

Greetings Grouponicus shoppers and giftees,
This past Sunday, I started the week off right spreading Grouponicus cheer in one of my favorite cities in the world – Chicago! As Frank Sinatra would croon, “Chicago is one town that won’t let you down. It’s my kind of town.”

Since I’ve already helped Chicagoans discover the best local gifts, I figured I’d spread the love with some expert advice on the coolest Grouponicus experiences across the country this week.
My recent Groupon Getaway to Napa - a great gift option I mention on NBC Chicago!
With Grouponicus, we have new ideas coming at you throughout the week, so check back often. And remember, giving the gift of experience like one of the options above will be much more memorable than a necktie or new slippers.
That’s it from me for now. Catch you later this week from Salt Lake City.

Kicking the week off right, the Grouponicus Holiday Shop celebrates Cyber Monday with deals perfect for gifting. This sleek Sony mp4 camera is just one top highlight amongst our collection of best local gifts and experiences available for you at unbeatable prices, allowing you to shop twice as generously this year.
As a resident gifting expert, I’ve gained some valuable tricks along the way that are sure to help you shop today and every day throughout Grouponicus. Here are some of my top tips to keep in mind when shopping this season:
- Whether you’re gifting for someone locally or across the nation, remember to look for the hometown gems that make each city unique, like taking in the historical sites and national parks in DC on this Dandy Fine Dining Restaurant Cruise.
- Experiential gifts are the way to go this year. Help your friends and family explore a new wine bar, learn how to cook or relax at a nearby B&B. For example, this Snowmobile Rental deal from SledVentures in Boston is a great way to get off the couch enjoy the outdoors this winter.
- A gift of social good is always a nice option. This week’s featured G-Team deal allows your giftee to donate school supplies to students in need via DonorsChoose.org.
That’s all for me for today — Happy Cyber Monday to all and I’ll see you in Boston next week!
On Black Friday, we remember the stories recited to us by our elders reminding us to wake up before the rooster’s crow and seize the eggs before we seize the day. — Brett R., Grouponcierge
We’ve officially kicked off our second annual ancient wintertime celebration of Grouponicus – Groupon’s holiday shop featuring deals that allow shoppers to be twice as generous when gifting unique experiences for anyone on their list. Today, customers can check out unbeatable Black Friday deals from Old Navy and great local merchants nationwide. And, to help customers remember the true meaning of Grouponicus, Groupo the Bird is telling the lore of Grouponicus and giving away additional holiday cheer all through the season.
To share the hottest gifting tips, best local deals and all around shopping advice, we’re excited to introduce our three holiday Grouponcierges: Brett, Caroline and Susan!
After a series of auditions amongst team members involving building structurally sound gingerbread houses and deep-knee bends at our Chicago headquarters, these three were chosen as the official Grouponcierges: gifting gurus with insider expertise on shopping trends, Grouponicus and all things gift-giving for 2011.
Throughout Grouponicus, this trio of holiday helpers will travel the country, popping into your local news stations to talk about what to buy Aunt Marjorie, surprises like Epic Deals and the quickest route to Winterland, among other festive fun.
