Can You Return a Pretty Little Thing Purchase?

Good news! You can return almost all items to Pretty Little Thing. Sometimes an item doesn’t work out. We rounded up everything you need to know to complete a successful PLT return. Of course, if your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact customer service before trying to return it.

Pretty Little Thing Return Policy

What to keep in mind before you return: 

• The return must be initiated within 28 days of when you received the order. 
• Items must be unwashed and unworn.
• Items must have all tags attached.
• Shoes must be tried on indoors.

The following items cannot be returned: 

• Pierced jewelry 
• Swimwear
• Grooming products
• Beauty products
• Accessories

How to Complete a Pretty Little Thing Return

Pretty Little Thing returns are paperless!

1. Go to the Pretty Little Thing Return Portal powered by ReBound.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions (make sure you have your order number and the email address you used to make the order).
3. Pack your unwanted items per the return policy (all tags still on and unworn). Remember to include a copy of your shipping note/order number.
4. eParcel returns cost $4 per order. 
5. Each item will require its own return.
6. Once Pretty Little Thing has confirmed your return, a refund will be issued. 
   • Refunds take up to five business days.
