Overview of Groupon Bucks Back Program

Groupon is offering select customers the ability to earn Groupon Bucks on Qualifying Purchases, which are defined as purchases 1) made while logged into your Groupon.com account, 2) made at a participating store’s website immediately after clicking on an applicable Groupon coupon, and 3) paid for and not returned. Earning Groupon Bucks Back on your purchases is easy and free. Downloading software is not required to earn Groupon Bucks. The Groupon Bucks Back program rewards participants for beginning and completing their shopping journey with Groupon Coupons. Participants are awarded a percentage of their online purchase back in Groupon Bucks. Not all stores are participating in the Groupon Bucks Back program; participating stores will have the Groupon Bucks Back icon on its Groupon Coupons page and live coupons. By shopping with Groupon Coupons, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as Groupon’s Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.

Eligibility to Participate

If you’re selected to participate in the Groupon Bucks Back program, you must first create a Groupon account by providing an email address, password, and credit card information. Then make sure to log into your Groupon account before each shopping session through Groupon Coupons. Please be aware that participation in the Groupon Bucks Back program and the opportunity to earn Groupon Bucks is offered at the sole discretion of Groupon. Groupon has the right to change these terms and conditions, prohibit your participation in this program, or revoke any or all Groupon Bucks that may have been earned, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion.

Earning Groupon Bucks

To earn Groupon Bucks by shopping with Groupon Coupons, you must make a qualifying purchase at a participating store’s website using a Groupon coupon or sale link. You must click on an offer with the Groupon Bucks Back icon and complete a purchase on the store’s website within the same session. If you visit other coupon websites after visiting Groupon.com but before completing your purchase or use coupons not provided by Groupon, you will not earn Groupon Bucks on your purchase. 'Cookies' must be enabled on your computer to earn Groupon Bucks. Groupon Bucks will be calculated on your subtotal at the store, after the coupon code is applied, but excludes shipping costs, taxes, returns, cancellations, store discounts, and store credits. Groupon Bucks Back rates vary by store and are indicated with the Groupon Bucks Back icon. Groupon will inform you when Groupon Bucks are earned and when they are credited to your Groupon account.

Payment of Groupon Bucks

Please refer to the table below to determine when you’ll receive your Groupon Bucks earned by shopping with Groupon Coupons. The Purchase Period is the timeframe during which you made a qualifying purchase, and the Payment Date is the date your Groupon Bucks will be credited to your Groupon account. For example, if you make a qualifying purchase on January 3rd, you will receive your Groupon Bucks on March 1st. Groupon Bucks earned via the Groupon Bucks Back program expire 30 days from payment date.

Program Limitations, Qualifications and Disclaimers

Your failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the termination of your participation in the Groupon Bucks Back program. If Groupon has any reason to suspect that fraudulent activity is associated with your account, Groupon reserves the right to delay or withhold payment of any and all Groupon Bucks.

It is your responsibility to ensure your account information is accurate. You are responsible for ensuring that your Groupon Bucks have been properly recorded and credited to your account. Groupon is not responsible for Groupon Bucks delivered to the wrong account. If you do not believe that Groupon Bucks have been correctly recorded and credited to your account, contact Groupon Customer Service.

The determination of whether or not a purchase made through a participating store’s website qualifies for Groupon Bucks is at the sole discretion of Groupon. If a participating store fails to report a transaction to Groupon, Groupon will not be able to account for or issue Groupon Bucks associated with that transaction. Groupon is not responsible for any participating store’s withdrawal from this program, or for any effect on accrual of Groupon Bucks caused by such changes. Groupon is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any offer or promo code at a participating store’s website.

Groupon reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify any aspect of the Groupon Bucks Back program if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the program, as determined by Groupon, in its sole discretion. Groupon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the program or to be acting in violation of terms and conditions of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
