How can I track my MassGenie order?

Once you've purchased your Massgenie order, the seller will upload all your shipping and tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your parcel's progress. You can also get in touch with your seller via the Seller Portal messaging system to ask any further questions or send follow-up messages.

When will my MassGenie products arrive?

Most sellers on MassGenie agree to ship your orders within 2 business days of your purchase, and your items should arrive within 4 – 14 days if you select Standard US Shipping. What is the MassGenie returns policy?

If your item hasn’t arrived or it isn’t as described, just get in touch with customer service. If the problem isn’t resolved within 3 days, you’ll get your money back! If you’re not happy with your order, you’ve got 30 days to return most items - exceptions will be clearly listed on the product page.
