What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
While many companies touch on some aspect of our product line and services, we believe we have assumed the unique position of taking a holistic approach to your home comfort that ultimately enables us to provide you optimum value and satisfaction.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Quite simply- Home Comfort. A desire to share the solutions that we found to common uncomfortable areas in our own homes: hot room above the garage, cold floors above the crawlspace, not enough airflow to that bonus room, etc.
What do you love most about your job?
Utilizing the scientific instruments as part of our "House as a System" approach to solving each homeowner's comfort and energy issues.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"Extremely professional. 1 Temp Home was by far the most knowledgeable and seemed the most "interested in doing what was best for us". In fact, at their initial inspection, they were the only ones to find a closed damper to a room which was always colder than the rest of the house. Highly recommend!
