Great service, and friendly. Hashbrowns appeared to be nicely done, but carried a bit too much oil. Pancakes are beautiful to behold and have a marvelous, sweet flavor, but mine was a bit 'doughy' (undercooked?). Coffee is terrific. Thanks very much
