Students at this friendly Lower Water Street studio can don loose, comfortable garments in a changing room hung with jewel-tone fabrics before staking out their spot on the studio's chocolate-colored hardwood floor. Yoga 108's 10 talented instructors offer 13 types of classes, and students choose from a plethora of different sessions each week. Sync graceful movements with breath during a dynamic flow class, or lengthen connective tissues and release stress by holding poses longer during a once-a-week Release session. There's even a posture- and breathing-focused class for the uninitiated and an early morning class for the dawn-inspired.

Community members learn and grow through the traditional practices of yoga at 108 Yoga. The highly trained teachers offer a warm and friendly place to start, revive, or deepen practices for all levels and abilities. A varied line-up of classes builds flexibility, and physical and mental strength with a combination of meditation and energizing poses. Students of all levels can focus on Hatha, flow, core-strength, or deep relaxation, among other classes. The studio also offer a regular beginners class on Thursdays called Foundations.
