$25 for $50 Worth of Organic Brunch and Drinks for Two

A prix fixe brunch menu ($25/person) supplies patrons with four courses of seasonal fare, beginning with a caramel-smothered organic banana and a second-course salad or tomato bisque. For a third course, customers choose from lemon pesto pasta made with squash noodles or a fried avocado wrapped in house flax-wrap and cheese. A fresh dessert of the chef's choosing completes the meal, and beverages such as organic mimosas ($9) and ginger cider ($6) are available in addition to the included coffee or tea.

Customers may also order items off the lunch menu, such as the Topaz pizza, made with pistachio pesto and herbed Italian squash ($13), or the chipotle-ranch wrap, filled with spinach, fresh farm vegetables, pumpkinseed cheese, and chipotle-ranch dressing ($11).

Already low in nut content, the oft-changing menu may be customized to accommodate food allergies.
