About Annual Florida Bat Festival
On any given night when a colony of bats swoops across the sky, educators at the Annual Florida Bat Festival don't want you to be afraid. Members of the Lubee Bat Conservancy, a 110-acre ranch dedicated to protecting bats, open their doors to the public for this yearly event. Guests are welcomed in for a day of education and fun. Environmental organizations share information about their projects and bat pros teach visitors about how important bats are for the world. Food and refreshments plus free family-friendly activities such as batty arts and crafts and bouncy huts keep everyone happy and smiling.
