Burner X is a proprietary class style of 13 Stripes CrossFit and it derives its high-intensity, functional moves from the gym’s namesake practice. Burner X, however, is focused on fat loss; as such, participants perform more reps of each move with lighter weights, which torches calories while toning muscles.

The Basics classes introduce those new to CrossFit to its style of functional workouts. Private and group classes are available.

13 Stripes CrossFit

A training space of 4,200 square feet. Fifty feet of AstroTurf. Custom squat racks. Pull-up rings. 13 Stripes CrossFit is clearly outfitted for serious workouts. Their trainers lead the gym's namesake CrossFit workouts, slinging an ever-changing routine of high-intensity moves, which participants perform while carrying as much weight as they can. The gym also has its own workout style, Burner X, which matches CrossFit's intensity level but focuses on fat loss; as such, exercisers perform more reps while holding less weight.
