Very good works outs and good trainer

I loved AJ's Saturday morning class at Chatsworth Park! It was an excellent workout. AJ is an encouraging and helpful trainer. I like how he's motivated me to push myself that extra bit that will give me the results I desire I definitely "feel the burn" from the weight training! Also the group "cheers each other on." Thanks, AJ, for a terrific class!
