What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are locally owned and owner operated. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction and we go to great lengths to make sure all of our customers are happy with the service they receive.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was inspired by my former boss. He trained me on how to do the job right, but he was lacking the customer service skills required to make customers happy. So I started my business with that in the forefront of my mind, and made it my highest priority to make sure everyone is satisfied.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is interacting with customers on a daily basis. Also, I love being able to help people with whatever indoor air quality issues they have, especially when allergies are involved.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback I have received was very constructive, but also a highlight of what we already do, it was complimenting us on being able to connect with our customers on more of a personal level and not so much a stranger feeling you get with other in-home service companies.
