About 1st Russian Ballet School
Armed with training and professional stints at prestigious dance centers such as Moscow's Stanislavsky Theater and Ballet Academy at Bolshoi Theater, 1st Russian Ballet School's instructors have the experience to help students express themselves through the time-honored medium of ballet. The teachers train both bodies and minds in the Russian school of ballet, helping dancers earn the swanlike grace of Anna Pavlova, the athletic precision of Mikhail Baryshnikov, or Vaslav Nijinsky's ability to fly. Children and adults, amateurs and aspiring professionals alike can learn how to move with more grace through the Vaganova method—a teaching style designed to hone the body's core and acclimate the mind to achieve full, conscious control of all movements.
