About 1UP Sports Performance

At 1UP Sports Performance, they offer a variety of classes that focus on Strength/Weights, Cardio/Core and Full Body Circuit Training, all designed by a highly-certified trainer. Multiple classes are offered daily. Classes offer diet plan suggestions, before and after assessments, and are held in a state-of-the-art indoor facility with indoor turf and weight room.

Regardless of one's chosen sport, 1UP Sports Performance's certified trainers can help them up their game. They do this by developing specific skills that boost overall fitness, starting with balance—but not just physical balance. While adults learn to move their center of gravity further and further away, they also learn to trust that their body will do what they want it to do, leading not just to better speed and agility, but also to increased confidence on the field. Such mental and physical gains are necessary when moving on to 1UP's functional training exercises. Workouts also focus on cardio and core, along with full body circuit training; and strength/weight training, incorporating movements like power lifts, and on multi-directional speed, sending students through drills that help them react quickly to changes in their environment.
