I have been going to Synergy Kettlebell Training for just under two weeks and I love it!
The coaches that I've worked with have been fun, professional and just AMAZING.
I have only had the pleasure of working with Coach Michelle and Coach Jennifer.
They do an incredible job articulating and demonstrating each move AND the proper form for each move. For difficult or challenging moves a modified move is provided.
I attend the 10 AM weekday workout. Eight to twelve students per workout, so plenty of room to train. Get to the workout a few minutes early so you can warm-up.
The workout is made up of several 10-15 minute segments/sets of moves, and never the same routine over and over.
Michelle and Jennifer will challenge you each time but also have a sharp eye on form to prevent injury and to make sure you're getting 100% of the workout.
You'll definitely work up a sweat and feel the burn after! I'm ALWAYS sore the next day. You'll feel a great sense of accomplishment after each session.
Synergy Kettlebell Training is squeaky clean to boot!
If you want to change your body and your life and have a good time doing it, Synergy Kettlebell Training is the place to be!
Couldn't recommend this enough!

About Rebellion Kettlebell Gym
A good kettlebell swing engages the arms, core, and legs in a single action, not only strengthening them, but teaching them to work together. Each class lasts 30–45 minutes, the same amount of time it took the kettlebell's creator to come up with a name for his invention.
