I normally do not like to leave negative feedback, as I just let bygones be bygones since a negative experience would often prompt me not to return, but I feel that la vie Zen spa has a lot of potential to be an excellent spa where I can see myself continue to be a returning patron.
Feedback: Staff should not have their cell phones on 'ring' mode during an appointment (and should definitely not pick up a phone call while working with a client). Although she was extremely apologetic (and I understand if were maybe a personal emergency), it was still distracting and took away from the relaxation of the experience.
Also, someone should fix the pedicure chair as it is broken and I could not sit upright (very awkward and uncomfortable being propped on my elbow and blankets).
The totality of the above made my pedicure one of my least favorite spa experiences thus far.
