I purchased the front and rear break pad replacement service from 21Auto. The technician was prompt, courteous,offered great service and had the heart of a teacher. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the steps to change a brake pad after I mentioned that I wanted to learn how it was done. I really appreciated that because he didn't have to. I would use 21Auto again

I made an appt for front and rear brakes to be done. My mother did not see the lugnut key in glovebox which left mechanic unable to do the job. He returned promtly the next morn and accomplished everything with speediness and A+ customer service skills. I highly recommend 21 Auto to everyone!!!
