This was a horrible experience. I've moved several times before and I have never felt so taken advantage of. First they showed up several hours late. I had left everything set and ready for them. Only items that were heavy were the dining room table and 2 couches. I had 6 picture frames they insisted to cover that prob were worth no more then 50-100 dollars. They also wrapped the dining glass table. And I was charged an additional 500 dallors. I complained that same day and spoke with the receptionist. She told me she would call me back and never called me back. I called several times after that to get refunded or workout a reasonable price, but I was never called back. I left a couple emails to the supervisor and nothing. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate how this wasn't settled. They were untrustworthy . Never again, and never will I recommend this company.
