What You'll Get
Marshmallow is the main ingredient in clouds, which explains why a single slice of sticky cumulous nimbus can contain upward of 10,000 trapped tinkerbells. Harvest the skies with today's Groupon: for $28, you get the Too Sweet Gift Set from 240Sweet (a $52 value). The gift set includes four chef's-choice bags of marshmallows, one bag of hot chocolate mix, and one "I love marshmallows" mug.
Marshmallow mastermind and Indiana Artisan inductee Alexa Lemley never settles for less than local or organic when concocting her award-winning gourmet marshmallows. The online treat shop offers more than 70 handcrafted marshmallow options ranging from seasonal chai spice and best-seller salty caramel swirl, to more classic interpretations such as very vanilla bean. 240Sweet concoctions are made with Michigan beet sugar, Ohio glucose, Indiana cornstarch, and house-blended vanilla extract sourced from organic Tahitian beans. The carefully crafted snacks are genetically designed to satisfy sweet teeth with an absolute avalanche of pillowy powder puffs.
- Renditions like Chai Spice, Cranberry with Grand Marnier, Sweet and Salty Caramel, and Chocolate-Chocolate Chip (which has Hershey’s cocoa and embedded chocolate chips) are not your standard campfire treats. – Indianapolis Monthly
- 240 Sweet Artisan Marshmallows come in a staggering variety of flavors, from Very Vanilla Bean to a lovely Roasted Pineapple to Salty Caramel (this was the best of the five flavors I tried). If you demand more adventure in your marshmallows, these are people after your own heart, and you can try the Beef, Chicken, or Thai Chili. No, I’m not making those up. – Stephanie Zonis, Goodlifer

Chef Alexa and Sam grew up working in the family catering business. They each have over 28 years in off-premise catering and foodservice experience.
What do you love most about your job?
