So the first week you dont change your eating habits would i be dringking or eating something that I would buy to cleanse?

Hi Mary, The first week of the program is the preparation week. There are recommended steps during this week to start to shift your eating patterns to more whole foods, hydrate, reducing and removing caffeine and sugar... all in preparation for the following week when the 28 day challenge starts. There are recommended supplements with the program - these are started on January 30th as well. I hope to see you in the program! Angela
