Hi JT, I am happy to answer your question: The 28 Day REV Clean & Lean Challenge Eating Plan progressively eliminates foods that put a stress on your liver, digestive system and immune system. Animal and dairy proteins are eliminated by week three and animal protein in the form of fish is eliminated by week four. Besides fish in the third week, the last two weeks focus on vegetable proteins, fats and carbohydrates and includes an optional one-two day juice fast each week.
The meal plans are 95% vegetarian - participants may choose to participate to whichever level they wish. Meat, fish and poultry are included in the education and meal charts and these can be rotated in, if desired. The calorie load on the meal plans are around 1300. I offer guidance on how to adjust these up, if needed. Exercise is included in the program, so going lower is not advised. Total protein is around 20-25%.
There are recommended supplements - these are focused on detoxing (if this is your goal with the program, then these are recommended). Around 20-25% of the current enrollees have opted in with these. You also have the option of looking at the list and sourcing these yourself.
