Hi. Are there options for vegetarians?

Hi Erin, The program is predominantly plant based - meal plans are vegetarian (the first week, chicken and fish are both included at dinner - with instructions to replace chicken with beans, if vegetarian is desired). Past the first week, fish is included once, otherwise the entire program is vegetarian. I hope to see you in the program! Angela

A:

Hi Nataliya, You will have access to me through the online FORUM in the member site. I answer each and every question posted and lead discussions there. The program is all inclusive. I do recommend that participants have a heart rate monitor and a pedometer. You do not need to have a gym membership to participate. You can go outside and workout in your home. I do feel that there would be an added bonus to having access to cardio equipment (like a treadmill or elliptical). I hope to see you in the program! Angela

I have signed on to the program: I have a family reunion weekend January 31 through Feb 3. Just wondered how you would feel about someone going off the program for four days, or whether there is a way to say on it if I start 1/23 but have such a challenge a week later.

Hello! I just wondering if you are able to create training programs for people will physical limitations? I have fibromyalgia and am unable to limit for than light weights. I'm in sad shape!

Hi Rebecca, Yes – this would be a great program for you because it meets you where you are at. The eating and lifestyle plans will help you lower inflammation. Participants work on being more active across the day and, if ready, adding in workouts that are built around using their heart rate zones to train with. What is the expected percentage weight loss?

A:

Hi Diana, With this program you will see weight loss and you will see inches lost. Weight loss averages between 10-15 pounds for the month (2 pound weight loss per week is the goal, I don’t recommend losing more than 3). The program will help you lay down a collection of healthy habits that you will be able to carry forward so you will see continued weight loss over time (if this is your goal).
