would this be good for someone who just finished a year of chemo and radiation with a double mastectomy and 17 lymph nodes taken out. I used to body build and was doing p90x. I finished all treatments and will be doing reconstruction, started using a tread climber (I have a gym in my house) and working out with Slim in 6 (beach Body product) along with weight watchers, I have lost 4 llbs in 3 weeks but was wondering if this would be beneficial..

Hi Joyce, My goodness, you have had quite a year! I work at an oncology clinic, so I am familiar with the process. If you have been cleared to start on a weight loss plan, then yes, this would be a wonderful program to participate in. You will learn the right way to eat, whole food focused, detox focused (which you are in need of right now) and you can use the program I teach with your tread climber. I do caution about losing too much weight too quickly - aim for 2 pounds per week (3 at most) and you'll need to do this with a whole food detox focus to support your body as it sheds fat (this is where your toxins are stored). With your treatments you will have a larger toxic burden that needs to be supported. I hope to see you in the program! Angela
